Our seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) systems bring seawater with salinity up to 35,000 ppm into line with WHO drinking water standards. A high-pressure pump works together with an energy recovery device (ERD) to bring electricity consumption down to 3–4 kWh per m³, cutting the largest single item in operating cost. The systems are designed for hotels, resorts, marinas, vessels, island settlements and coastal facilities. A 316L stainless steel high-pressure line, FRP membrane vessels and PLC-based automation come as standard. An automatic flush cycle and antiscalant dosing slow membrane fouling, extending membrane life and widening the maintenance interval. Every project begins with a seawater analysis. Pre-treatment and membrane configuration are set according to measured salinity, SDI, turbidity and temperature, so capacity is calculated from data rather than assumption.

FAQ
Always with a water analysis. A capacity decision made without knowing TDS, hardness, SDI, free chlorine and pH leads either to a needlessly expensive system or to a membrane that fouls within months. We begin every project with a free water analysis and propose capacity and configuration once the report is in.
For standard softening and filtration systems, installation takes 1–3 days. For turnkey treatment plants the timeline runs 4–12 weeks depending on capacity and civil works. Water analysis, engineering and manufacturing are included in that period; we provide a firm schedule with the quotation.
Without an energy recovery device (ERD), consumption is 6–8 kWh per m³. Our systems with an ERD bring this down to 3–4 kWh. For a plant producing 100 m³ a day that difference amounts to hundreds of thousands of kilowatt-hours a year, which is why we supply an ERD as standard.
It is. Without maintenance, membrane life halves and water quality degrades unnoticed. We offer monthly or annual maintenance contracts depending on system type, covering filter replacement, membrane performance measurement, dosing checks and automation tests.
Yes. We handle maintenance, repair and spare parts for existing treatment systems regardless of make or model. We start with an on-site inspection and performance report, then propose a maintenance plan.
In a mid-sized hotel or food plant running a steam boiler, the investment is typically recovered within 12–24 months on fuel savings alone. A 1 mm layer of scale cuts heat transfer efficiency by around 10%, so the saving shows directly on the gas bill — before counting longer boiler life and the elimination of unplanned downtime.
Yes. We are based in Ümraniye, Istanbul, and provide engineering, installation and commissioning nationwide. Technical service is planned regionally, with remote support for urgent faults.
When the system is configured correctly, yes. Reverse osmosis permeate is completed with a remineralisation unit to meet WHO and Turkish TS 266 drinking water criteria. For drinking water installations we recommend an accredited laboratory analysis after commissioning.
